About me

Well, well, seems you’re interested in my profile. In this case, let me tell you a bit more about me.
First things first, who am I on a personal level?
A 40+ years old married man, with 2 kids who give me more stress than any jobs I had in my life, combined. But I love them, they’re my priority above all the rest.
And about my hobbies… Gaming and padel (yes, I know, not very original).
About who I am professionally…
I took some tests to find out what I like, and most of all, what I don’t like. But also to find out who I am.
It sounds not very humble, and it’s not meant to sound like it, but I always felt different than most other people. And it took me years to find out what was “wrong” with me. Yet somehow I accepted being like that and try to adapt to society.
Until I really started looking into it and discovered some interesting things.
My MBTI-profile is ENFP, my Enneagram types are the Helper (type 2) and the Investigator (type 5), and I’m a multipotentialite (or just a very fancy word to say that I’m interested in and good at a lot of things, and don’t like to choose between them). On top of that I’m an HSP, or someone who’s sensible to everything and everyone.
This is a lot to take in, I know, and I guarantee you, it’s not always easy to be me, but most of the time it’s pretty awesome.
Still with me? Good. Let’s go further.
Now, the serious part.
What are the kind of jobs or mission I like the most?
The role or title don’t matter, as long as the job consists of helping people to have a better work-life.
I understand everyone’s needs quite quickly and after some analysis I can create a more efficient way of working that will give more time to employees while dropping the overall cost of a team.
A peace of mind, that’s my goal, to team-members, internal or external clients, and to the management. I bring calmness and reduce stress to everyone.
So, in short, what can I offer you?
If you’re a small business, I’ll help you with reducing your monthly costs, using my ASOSA-methodology.
If you’re looking for someone to join your team that needs support with process and humans, I’m your guy.
